Big O's Texas BBQ is the culmination of a lifelong passion for authentic Texas barbecue, served with a side of Southern hospitality. Otis, the heart and soul behind Big O's, discovered his passion for barbecue as a young boy growing up in Dallas, Texas. Every time the family gathered for a barbecue, his mom would let him handle the grill, sparking a love for grilling and smoking meats that would follow him throughout his life. His commitment to creating the finest barbecue came from years of perfecting the craft, learning the art of slow-smoking meats, and mastering the balance of flavors.
