About Us
We’re Big O's Texas BBQ, and we’ve been a barbecue restaurant here in Waterford, WI, since 2021. We specialize in authentic Texas barbecue and culture, and we offer brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs, and much more, all smoked and seasoned to perfection. Our owner Otis fell in love with barbecue as a kid growing up in Dallas and he's been sharing his passion ever since. We’re looking forward to partnering with Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth counties to continue to offer a premier barbecue restaurant experience. Just tried this place for dinner tonight. Let me tell you, I’ve been dying for a good bbq place in the area and Big O’s more than delivered. The food was excellent, everything was tender and full of flavor. Also the staff at Big O’s was super friendly and helpful. I will be going back frequently whenever I have the craving for a proper bbq.

Absolutely blown away with the food and service. We went for my sisters bday and was such a great experience. There was so much food on the sampler platter I practically needed 2 bags on the way out! Was very good and the owner is amazing and had such good vibes. I'm absolutely going again. Food✅atmosphere ✅price✅

This is like down south BBQ. The brisket was delicious. Seasoned perfect, and juicy. Most places sliced brisket is so dry, Big O's doesn't even need sauce. The Cole slaw had an interesting southwestern seasoning style and was fantastic. Sausages were cooked perfectly and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Ribs fell off the bone tasty. Highly suggest, worth a drive to come have this BBQ. Finally up here we have a down south BBQ that's AWESOME
